I used it for about 6 months and really like how easy it was to setup. After 6 months I ordered my second camera and now I ordered a 3rd camera. The AVKANS 20X NDI PTZ Camera with HDMI, SDI, USB camera is very impressive! It performs well in low-light conditions. The Pan-Tilt-Zoom feature is buttery smooth, giving you total control. Plus, the 1080p resolution is just right for high-quality videos. Setting it up straight forward and the AVKANS training video walks you through the steps with ease. The camera is built well and packed with features. This AVKANS PTZ camera is great for the price. I use these cameras for mostly with a TriCaster video switcher for Conference Presentations. OBS detected this NDI camera which offers very low latency with 1060P at 60 frames. I had a couple questions about updating the Firmware and NDI configuration and ANKANS replied quickly with a firmware link and instructions. AVKANS support was very responsive for me by email. I'm very pleased with my purchase and customer support should you need it. I would definitely purchase this PTZ Camera again knowing that they have great customer service. **Q: I only have mac computers. how can i use the tracking software? is there alternative software?**
A: As we mentioned in the listing, CMS software works on windows only. You can't use the tracking software in Mac. You can try to run windows system under your MAC system, no idea if it works. But you can try.
Or you can set up by IR remote controller.  Set preset 0, and preset 1, pls play preset 0 and preset 1 after setting, make sure you seting is done.
After that, press F1 to start tracking, F2 to stop tracking.

**Q: will this work with ip protocol joysticks?**
A: Yes, this auto tracking camera is working with IP protocol joystick. 
We suggest AVKANS Joystick controller, or PTZoptics Joystick controller.

**Q: Does this work with the ptzoptics superjoy-g1 joystick?**
A: It should be ok since this camera also have standard VISCA and Pelco-D/P protocol.

**Q: What companion external microphone is suggested for use with this camera?**
A: Rode wiressl go 2. This camera support 3.5mm audio input, output from IP streaming only. Audio is Not ok from HDMI/SDI/USB output, becuause tracking "take too much space".
