It is very "nutty " in flavor and takes longer (much longer) than traditional pasta to come to a sauce ready state, but it is very filling and satisfies that pasta "need' IYKYK... I serve it with chicken, whatever vegetables I have on hand, and make an almond milk/low fat cheese sauce. It's expensive, but a 2/3 (dry serving) is more than enough for a very filling meal and a little left over for lunch.
