**Q: when the light gets to full brightness is it supposed to g out bc mine is?**
A: Sunrise alarm light will keep on when it gets to full brightness. Please use the original power adapter(5V2A) to make it works normally. If you need help, get our service at customer@reachershop.com.

**Q: Can you turn off the clock display?**
A: Yes, there are 2 individual brightness control, one for the clock display another is for nightlight. Both can be adjusted from 0-100% brightness.

**Q: Does this require wifi? Looking for a gentle alarm clock that doesn't need wifi because we turn ours off at night**
A: No need WiFi or APP. Our Reacher sunrise alarm clock will keep working after plug in

**Q: Does this also have a sunset function?**
A: It does have a nightlight function.

Really like this alarm clock. It’s easy to set up and operate. I don’t use the white noise options, but I love being woken by the sound of birds and a little light as I need to be up before sunrise everyday. It does the job and is reasonably price. Only downfall is, I wish it had a second alarm. That would be really handy on the weekends. My previous alarm clock had this function and now I don’t have it, I realise how much I actually used it.

The night light did not work at all, the snooze button did nothing, and the alarm off button did not work and I had a to unplug it to switch it off. In addition, it comes with a US plug. If it had worked as intended, then I think it would have been great but on this occasion I have to return it.
