And can you sort of do dips on these!? Thanks** A: I wouldn't say you can do full bodyweight dips at all. They are too low. These are good for pushups, deficit pike pushups. Doing dips on these would give you similar range of motion as doing bench dips. If you want to do full bodyweight dips I would get taller ones, or if you are on a budget you could get a foldable walker - used one of those for bodyweight dips for years. **Q: Do these bars have rubberised feet for use on a wooden/tiled floor, ie to prevent slipping?** A: They do have hard plastic-rubber feets, but to protect wooden floor we recommend to use gym mat. **Q: Would these fit into a XL Duffle bag?** A: Hi, Parallettes box size is 48x32x13cm. If you have not found my review helpful then please let me know so I can improve my reviews in future ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Believe the hype, these are high quality paralettes *by O***H on 27 May 2018* GREAT paralettes, previously used gravity fitness paraletts as they were the 'leading' company in the U.K. however upon using these I find the grip a much better diameter (not too thin or too thick). Also a great height to perform push up variations (planche, handstand included). They come with the necessary screws and attachements to set up (took me roughly 5 minutes to piece together). I use them myself 3-5x per week training planche and handstands mostly, they do not slip on the floor whilst in positition, even when training maltese planche (which usually paralettes will glide or tip over). As well as my own training, I also use these with my clients who have also said that they are comfortable to use. Less chalk is also needed when I use them versus other paralettes that I train with (other metals, plastic and wooden).
