I looked at the ingredients on both labels and do not see the word Iodine .. let me list them for you: "corn starch, sugar, onion powder, potassium chloride, chicken fat, chicken stock, tomato powder, spices, citric acid, natural flavor, carrots, yeast extract, garlic powder, tumeric (for color), parsley, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, dried adds a dietary insignificant amount of sodium" .. 1 tsp is 10 calories, no fat, no sodium, 2g carbs, -1g sugar, 1 gr added sugar, no protein, 240mg potasium The beef is pretty much the same for beef stock and carmel (powder I assume) for color Hope this helps !
