I've tried stretching and nope it doesn't fit. **Q: Will these for a litter box that is 23”L x 18”w x 10”D?** A: Yes it should fit. My cat litter box is 21"L x 17"W x 9" H and I still have quite a bit of liner hanging over all sides of box. **Q: Need to know correct dimensions? under 5 count item descriptions lxwxh 36x18x3.75 is this correct? would be nice if the company could answer?** A: The bags are 36” long by 18”. They are a bag with the opening along the 36” side. The plastic is “2 mil” thick. These work well for our needs. I place it over our extra large litter pan and pull the draw strings together under the pan. We purchased large elastic bands to place around the rim of the pan to help secure it during our cat’s neurotic scratching. **Q: Why is the “jonny cat pack of 6” - also “jumbo” 4” larger than the single pkg “jumbo”?!** A: I have never seen a single pkg in our local store.
