That’s why I was excited to find this formula that contains everything I need in one capsule. I have chronic bladder problems secondary to Parkinson’s, and D-Mannose is proven to greatly help prevent infections when taken regularly, plus rid you of them when one flares its irksome head. Better even than cranberry in my experience, though the two together are even better. It is good to switch types regularly, but I think this will be a staple I return to most of the time. I’m still having some bloat but I’ve only been on this a short time.
