I needn’t have worried, a little soapy water on the original grip and inside the grip puppies and they went on easily (see video). After drying out there’s no movement in them at all. The first ride with them the extra thickness felt a little alien but I quickly got used to it. The reason I bought these was after a few minutes on my bike my hands were aching like crazy the grip puppies made a HUGE difference my hands weren’t aching at all. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t ride without them now. I installed them on my Honda CB650R black edition and think they look really cool too. After buying the universal version I noticed they’re are Honda specific one’s I don’t know what the difference would be as they look the same but these are perfect. Went for a ride (before UK lock down) and found them to be very comfortable. I did however feel a bit "detached" from the bike, I'm sure I will get used to this feeling and adjust fine.
