My previous jig went missing, and I needed one the next day. This came in and did the job. It is very cheap plastic, but it doesn’t need to be sturdy. Once it is locked in place, the bearing protects the plastic while you chunk out your hinge. There is enough meat in the top where I did not feel I was going to tilt the router and diff into the jig, or mess up my cut.
