Review: Product Broke - 4 months of light use. Excellent Customer-centric Support - Product broke after just 4 months of use. Light use. No longer charges laptop, tried different cables and a different charger. Charger was very hot to the touch and the sticker underneath appeared to be bubbling a bit. Update 9/17/2024: The seller did reach out to me and offered me a full refund; I think this speaks volumes to the customer-centric mind of the seller. I will happily purchase from them in the future knowing that they take care of their customers.
