The case uses the same recesses in the corners that the Spigen rugged Armour cases do, so there is a small air gap in the case on the corners for shock absorption if you dropped your phone.The case is a tight fit and didn't initially play nice with my tempered glass screen protector which is edge to edge. I simply soaked the case in hot water for a minute flex the corners out slightly with my thumb, dried the case off and put the phone in whilst the case was still warm, and hey presto, went on fine without lifting the screen protector.I would recommend this case and I would buy it again. I think it is priced very competitively. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'm very impressed with this case. *by D***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 5 January 2017* I'm very impressed with this case. The Nexus 6P is a very slim and delicate phone and this case has given it considerable protection and grip. The corners have internal air gaps to absorb shock and the edges are raised sufficiently so that if you place it on a flat surface the phone itself is never in contact with that surface. The volume rocker and power buttons on the case are responsive and are easily found and activated. I actually prefer the buttons on the case to the original Nexus 6 Buttons which I was continuously activating by just picking up the phone, not so with this case.I've added a tempered glass cover to my Nexus 6P and it fits snugly against the inside of the case on the front screen without touching it.I got the case with the clear back so you can see the Nexus and Huawei logo's through it. The fingerprint reader, camera and microphone slots line up perfectly and the camera is in no way impeded by the case with a wide open area ensuring no interference.The only concern I have is with the 3.5mm headphone jack hole; it's quite slim. I have a set of cans with a broad jack that can't fit the gap. Blame the phone jack or the case?
