I have quite long hair that's usually sticking out the end of a hand towel. This shaped towel held my hair really well and took lots of moisture out. It has washed well with no linting or colour loss. But I only give it four stars because it takes ages to dry afterwards. I chose a microfibre towel because I needed it to dry quickly after use while on holiday in a campervan.
