This high foaming solution enables the cleaner to penetrate the grime for an efficient pre wash. As a pH neutral solution, our pre wash foaming cleaner is very safe and suitable for all surfaces and finishes, to effectively remove the excess grime and prepares the car for shampooing. This product was designed to work on well waxed surfaces and protective coatings. As every other ValetPRO product, it is rigorously tested before being released to insure security and to match the highest car care standards. Instructions: dilute it 1:3 when used with a foam lance and 1:20 with a pump spray, foam the entire vehicle, leave it to dwell, but not dry out, starting from the bottom, rinse off with a pressure washer. Please note: this product can freeze at 5 degrees. To correct, place in a bucket of warm water until consistency returns to normal. **Q: Can this be safely used on a soft top convertible?**
A: Not used it for this myself for that as I use the Autoglym soft top cleaning kit, but as it’s PH neutral, it is less likely to do harm, so probably ok to use. Just take care with the force of the pressure washer jet.

**Q: Is this product suitable for Matt finish paint vehicles**
A: I have no idea about that but I cannot see any reason why it would make  a difference when used on matt or gloss paint.

**Q: The directions on the back are all in German.  When using the snow lance, how much water to how much snow foam am I meant to use?**
A: Hello, thanks for your question. A UK-purchased bottle shouldn't have German instructions. In terms of using the product, the rule of thumb is 1-inch of snow foam at the bottom of your snow foam lance, with the rest filled up with fresh water. **Q: I bougt this 4 months ago but it seems to have "crystalised" in the bottle and is now unusable?**
A: Mine went like that in my garage but bought it inside into a cupboard as cold seems to do that. Think there is a temp range label on it....Otherwise great stuff.

Love this snow foam. It goes on thick, clings brilliantly, and really lifts the dirt before washing. Makes the whole cleaning process easier and leaves the car looking cleaner even before you touch it with a hand wash. Great value for a 5‑litre bottle too.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good performance but requires more foam solution than expected

This product gives an impressive foam, with decent hold, but not at the dilution ratios listed on the bottle. I'm using roughly double the volume of snow foam in my foam/water mix to achieve a foam which is thick enough to cling to my car for around 5 minutes. I'm using a good quality foam lance from Autodirect connected to a Karcher K2 pressure washer. The foam does cling well if used at a higher concentration, and seems to lift dirt well. I've used cheaper foams in the past and found that they often don't lift as much dirt, don't cling to the car for more than a couple of minutes or leave a cloudy film on glass & paintwork. Although I'm using more of this foam than expected I still think it's good value because it produces much better results than the cheaper foams. As with all snow foams, this should only be used as a pre-clean to soften stubborn dirt and helps to remove grit without using a sponge (which would create swirls & scratches). Don't expect snow foam to be an all-in-one cleaning solution. My washing routine is to pressure wash the car with plain water to remove large debris, snow foam and leave it to soak, pressure wash again to remove any remaining foam and the dirt which it has lifted, wash with a decent car shampoo & sponge before leathering. This routine is effective for me, some may find it excessive, while others will spend much more time detailing.
