However the one I purchased has come with concerns. The battery life is not great at all. On a full charge the battery will not last a full hour without dying. This can be solved with relative ease by just replacing the battery.But my second and more important concern is the temperature. At idle (no programs open at all) the temperature is about 50 C, and with a browser like Firefox open with 2 tabs - the temperature has been seen at roughly 80 C and you can feel the keys on the keyboard heat up and get very warm. This is a cause for concern.Apart from this and all things considered the laptop itself is of good quality. Having a better quality battery, cleaned out fans and maybe fresher thermal paste would be a great step in the right direction for the product being, that bit more, worth the price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Good buy, happy with it, recommended seller *by M***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 November 2017* Never had an SSD before, Windows 10 or a refurbished laptop but I have to say this one is top banana. It boots up in seconds, either from sleep or from start up and the keys are very responsive. The unit is robust and feels very well built and unlike my old laptop, it does not sound like a jet engine taking off when it is left open and unattended.It opens files in a flash, and will toggle between several folders / tabs without a problem. I usually have a couple of different games on the go and social media open all the time as well as surfing the net and it manages fine, It also transfers large amounts of files to the USB really fast. It was easy to set up but a pain getting rid of all the guff Windows / Microsoft try to sign you up for. Sound and pictures are clear and crisp. I like the 2 speakers either side of the keypad. The anti glare screen is a real bonus as you can work outside and still see what you are doing. This model was not fitted with a camera or fingerprint reader so make sure you check all this out as refurbished ones are all different in some way, Some have features missing some dont - if in doubt ask the seller. The seller of this unit is VERY responsive to emails, usually replying within a couple of hours. I loaded office 365 and autocad which was a matter of moments and put it to work.
