A hook? Suction cup?** A: You have to stick it to the ceiling, mine is stuck using two small sticky pads and it is very firm. It is a lovely thing! **Q: does it come in a box?** A: Yes it comes in a flat package, and once opened it is easy to assemble with simple instructions.
