Would suit most skin tones - I’m pleased with this tinted lip balm because there’s plenty of pigment for a lip balm, but it’s quite a neutral colour which goes well with my difficult skin tone (Caucasian medium sallow), and with most clothes colours. A thin layer is enough to create a natural effect and did not dry out my lips. Can be built up to more intense red for more formal occasions if needed.
