As I explained below in my original review, the lids are almost completely useless in my opinion. I like these cups, I like the idea of not feeding my kids micro plastics. However, the lids are very difficult to use, especially for my wife who has hand issues. She simply cannot stretch the silicone over the cup. I have trouble with them sometimes too, if lid cup or hands are all wet, forget even trying to get it on. Also, more often than not the lid pops completely off when my child drops the cup.
