**Q: What is the country of origin, please?**
A: Its designed in Japan, Produced in China; Made of 3.3 high borosilicate glass, its microwave and dishwasher safe  :)

**Q: Does this bowl pour really cleanly even when very full with liquid?**
A: When pouring water with this spouted glass bowl, the water quickly concentrates towards the mouth of the bowl, and the flow can be controlled to pour out cleanly. You will naturally pour the water along the mouth of the bowl without causing the water to overflow around the bowl.

**Q: How do you clean it?**
A: Hi there, Hope this suggestions help perfect caring of your bamboo matcha whisk:

1) wash your matcha whisk thoroughly right away after each use. 

2). Rinse thoroughly with hot water,  making sure that no matcha is left on the bristles.  Also, never use soap and never put it in the dishwasher. Washing your whisk is a hand wash affair only, but you may use a soft toothbrush.

3). Air dry- Place your whisk with the bristles pointing down so as not to trap moisture at the handle.

4). Wait until it completely dries before putting it away and keep it upright. 

5). Soak your whisk in warm water before each use. This will soften the bristles, which will help you achieve that perfect green froth you love so much.

**Q: Is it true these only get about 10 to 12 uses?**
A: That totally depends on how you use it. Use it and maintain it properly, I have used mine once a day for 3 months. Then my sister came to visit, he destroyed it with two uses!!! And she makes matcha regularly at home..... It is a delicate item, use it the wrong way will break it easily!
