**Q: How far apart are the holes?**
A: I measure 1/16" between holes or about 3 centimeters. Not sure why it's called 4mm unless it has something to do with the depth of the prongs.

**Q: will this perforate vinyl? (Fake leather thickness)  Looking to make small holes, not just a dimple.**
A: Yes. The needles on the wheel are sharp and can penetrate vinyl.

**Q: Where is this made?**
A: The handle is wood. The wheel is a series of razor-sharp metal prongs. This pattern wheel really will cut through leather and will shred paper patterns if not careful. Appears to be an excellent product.

**Q: will this work to perforate cardboard? to make and resize boxes?**
A: Yes, but it's only a pin hole. It won't work as a folding line and is used for marking a line.
