They seem to stay in place at first but once tufting they pop out one by one. Is there a trick?** A: Make sure your fabric is evenly pulled tight. Turn the screws clockwise. Mine stayed tight my whole project. I tightened once but didn't really need to. I have found that it works best when my husband and I secure my cloth to the frame for even distribution. **Q: How to keep fabric on frame with screws that keep popping off?** A: The provided plastic screws have to be inserted and then turned clock/counterclockwise to lock in place. Remember that the fabric doesn't need to be drum tight. Just tight enough to be firm on all ends. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great frame *by L***N on December 5, 2023* I really wanted to start rug making, my biggest barrier was finding a frame without nails that could hurt my toddlers potentially. The frame was a little tricky to put together, my advise get it all in place befor tightening! It was together within 30 minutes. Its also very light but without complete dissassembly it does not store well. I have space so i dont mind it staying up. Plus I secure a pretty fabric to it and it becomes a framed background for when I do presentations from home. Ive also used it with canvas as a board to sort out my ideas. This frame is very light weight but you can step on the lower bar to make sure it doesn't topple over while working. It has two yarn holders and two yard threads to keep you untangled. You can move them to where ever makes sense to you.
