**Q: I put oil in the middle, let absorb for 30mins and put on. Leaked in the bed and stained the bottom sheet. Any suggestions?**
A: The longer you use it the more absorption it will have . I store mine in a ziplock bag on a dark place. At the end of the week I wash it. Also when you use heat on top of it, it will absorb faster. Hope this helps!

**Q: Do you have to oil it every time you use it?**
A: I oil every time, just not that much, use in moderation.

**Q: Do they mean just rinse with warm water before initial use?? Thanks**

I really liked this product. It is well made and it fits me. Included in the package: 2 elastic/velco extenders for plus size; a square piece of cotton flannel and a nice washing bag. You apply the castor oil (sold separately) to the square cotton flannel. The flannel piece can be washed after 15-20 uses if needed. No heat is needed. I used Queen of the Thrones Organic Golden Castor Oil with this kit. You won't be disappointed.
