In certain light, they have a slight green hue to them and the turn signals don't show well during the day unless you are directly in front of the vehicle. The side markers also need the smallest amount more curve to them as they made cracking sounds as I tightened the screws holding them in place. Overall I still like them and will keep them. Review: Worked out great! The quality is about standard. I haven't experienced any "flickering", so I'm not sure why that's in this little review thingy. I added this set to my current beater XJ project, and I have absolutely nothing negative to saw about these so far. I have a 2001 xj with the steel blue pearl coat option and I love how the clear markers look. I’d also recommend replacing the bulbs underneath with a white led thought cause the og amber glow ruins it at night. **Q: Are these stamped DOT for use in states that require inspection?** A: Don't believe so. Throw in led amber bulbs, and the appropriate relay. It's a 20+ y/o vehicle, if your state inspection is that tough, you should move. **Q: Are screws included ?** A: No, and you shouldn’t need any unless you’re already missing the screws holding your headlights in **Q: Does water leak in them over time?** A: I’ve had them for a little over a year now and no moisture whatsoever.
