The packaging is PERFECT (good foam; not the kind that causes a mess). The instructions are some of the BEST I’ve ever encountered for this kind of piece. All components (furniture and parts) are labeled. And the directions give extra hints to ensure you have everything oriented correctly. I didn’t attach any of the optional bits, so no powered screwdriver needed. I just used one Phillips head screwdriver. I’m very happy with this furniture. One note: for my piece, the bottom pin holding the door is retractable (like a pen). Just press it in to slide the door in place. That reminds me, all of the parts fit in place really well! Smart designers!

Hey, this is not an heirloom piece of furniture — but for the price: it is a solid purchase. It assembles to be exactly as it is presented in the photos. The packaging is PERFECT (good foam; not the kind that causes a mess). The instructions are some of the BEST I’ve ever encountered for this kind of piece. All components (furniture and parts) are labeled. And the directions give extra hints to ensure you have everything oriented correctly. I didn’t attach any of the optional bits, so no powered screwdriver needed. I just used one Phillips head screwdriver. I’m very happy with this furniture.
