Much bigger than expected and they look so impressive on my daughter's toy shelves! They are very durable and the attention to detail is great. My daughter loves these and so do I. She is only 15 months but I feel confident letting her playing with them under my supervision as they are so large and not solid so no danger of her hurting herself with them. I can see these being a favourite for years to come.UPDATE: At 21 months, these are without doubt my daughter's favourite toys! Of all her toys (there are many, too many...), these are the only ones that she gets out to play with every single morning, without fail! She lines them all up, brings them to us, makes their animals sounds, and lately has really started to use them for imaginative play, even including them in tea parties! They are zoomed across the floor, balanced atop building blocks, shoved down the gaps in the sofa, kissed and cuddled and still look as good as new.Well worth the price tag, even though it seemed expensive at first.
