It took a while to arrive. The taste was pretty off putting to begin with and definitely was something I wouldn't want to swallow! It seemed to have a really harsh even though it's all natural. After I rinsed REALLY well my teeth felt really clean though!Downside is I had some sort of reaction to possibly the coconut oil.
