Like various pad widths including upper V-pad and ultra wide lower pad. It is more comfortable than a Cunningham clamp and easier to install than the Lunderg confidence clamp. It is still large and can become uncomfortable with extended use. Leakage control is about the same as a new Cunningham clamp, but is more durable than a Cunningham clamp. Since writing above review, I am still using the clamp with the ultra wide lower pad 2 months later. I do experience a very small leak with careful installation, about the same as a new Cunningham clamp. Careful installation involves being sure the bottom of the penis is centered on the lower pad and the upper vein of the penis is squarely centered and aligned with the V-groove of the upper pad. A proper installation causes the clamp to lie comfortably across the crotch with the penis untwisted and relaxed. Long term discomfort can be avoided by applying baby powder to the clamp pads each morning when initially installed. This surface coats the rubber or silicon pads so they don’t stick to the skin of the penis. I am sure to drink at least 8 ounces of water a day, many times 1.5 times that amount, to encourage frequent urination and frequent removal and reinstallation of the clamp. I expect the clamp to outlast the normal life of a Cunningham clamp because of the durability of the pads. The clamp itself also seems to be made of break resistant plastic. Had to stop using due to unbearable discomfort after just a couple of hours relative to Cunningham clamp.
