Review: Super tasty, great value - Absolutely love this stuff! Been buying it over and over again since I started on a high protein, low calorie diet. The taste is great, with a nice bit of spice to make it more interesting - I find myself snacking on it all the time! It's great value for money too, and a 500g bag lasts me two weeks at a time, for which I have to keep it in the fridge. I recommend having about 30g of it at a time and towards to end of the bag, i drip a little bit of water from the tap into a bowl with some of the billtong in it and microwave for 10 seconds. It softens it right back up and tastes great a little bit warm.

A: This is a dried beef product, so once opened, if stored in a cool dry area (e.g. Cupboard), it can last substantially longer than 4 days.. UK Regulations require the 4 day window.

**Q: Is it possibel to buy 1kg in 4 packets?**
A: Sorry, not via Amazon. We cannot customise the orders. We produce and ship, Amazon take care of the rest. We did, however, use to sell 250g bags, but they were poor sellers, forcing using to discontinue. Try the website?

good taste, good texture, lasts weeks if kept in an airtight jar and definitely good value for money. Literally the only complaint I could come up with is that its more "chilli and garlic" than "spicy" which I think is throwing a lot of people. If you're looking for a more classic peppery biltong the "traditional" flavour is probably the way to go, definitely recommend this brand though whatever flavour you're looking for.
