The others are only seasonings but if you can find the original Safari spice by Freddy Hirsch that was the best. **Q: Does it contain msg?** A: I have checked the list of ingredients and yes it does contain msg. **Q: Anybody know how this differs from the original mix?** A: The original has a strong white pepper taste and it contains wheat.
