Review: My teeth feel stronger - I just had the craziest experience after a month of using this tooth powder. I'll get to it in a moment. First, I want to tell you that my teeth started feeling stronger after three days of use. After two weeks, my teeth were strong enough I felt confident biting into harder foods.I was scared to eat before. Last night I was inspecting my teeth in the mirror and i've noticed a distinct difference in how much smaller my cavities are. I've even had a few small pieces of fillings work their way out with healed tooth underneath. This morning, what felt like a piece of filling came out from between two of my molars. It was, in fact a giant seed that had been sitting inside a cavity in between my back molars for several years. The tooth has healed enough that it pushed the seed out! Pic included. **Q: Can you use it with electric toothbrush?**
A: I use my Braun electric toothbrush.  Works just fine. Feels like I'm fresh from a dental cleaning every time!

**Q: Does this have hydroxyapatite in it as of 6-22?? Why don’t you list the complete ingredients on the description! 😢**
A: The one I have here does include hydroxyapatite.  My daughter’s bubble gum flavor also includes it.  I think they just need to update the product ingredients here on Amazon.

**Q: Can someone help me understand the difference between black peppermint and just the peppermint? And which flavor is better, spearmint or peppermint?**
A: Black peppermint has active charcoal, which helps whiten teeth and detox gums. I dont suggest it if you have gums that bleed easily or very soft enamel as charcoal is somewhat abrasive. Charcoal has almost no perceptible flavor. They both taste like unsweetened versions of their respective mint and personal preference really dictates which tastes better.

**Q: Whatbis the difference between Sweet Spearmint and Spearmint?**
A: The Sweet Spearmint has the exact same ingredients and formula as the Spearmint. The only difference is that it uses monk fruit to give it a sweeter taste- Don't worry though, it's completely sugar free!

I was skeptical about using a powder toothpaste but this has changed my mind. It does not get foamy like regular toothpaste but you get used to it after a few uses. My teeth feel “dentist clean” and my mouth is fresh. The mint flavor is good, not overpowering. I am finding it hard to get the product out of the packaging as i get closer to finishing it, but I did purchase the smallest size to try out so I don’t think it will be an issue once I have a full size container.
