My previous chair at my standing desk was not ergonomically correct, and my neck was starting to hurt. This one was a great solution: - Comfortable - Easy to assemble - Cute color - Sturdy, but smooth turns The only brief pause I had during assembly was when the instructions say to “insert casters into the chair base.” The wheels kept falling back out. It was actually simple and just required a little more push than I expected. Credit to the company: I reached out via email and got a quick response. The only drawbacks in my mind: the adjustment of the footrest could be better (more adjustable), and there seems to be no way to stop the wheels to park it in place.
