## Questions & Answers

**Q: would this pan work for making jaffa cakes?**
A: I’ve only made mince pies with these pans but I think they would work just fine for Jaffa cakes.

**Q: What is the diameter and depth of the cups?  Or how much filling will it hold?**
A: The diameter of the cups is 2 1/2 inches and 1/2 inch deep with a shallow slope.  A round of pastry cut with a 3 inch cookie/biscuit cutter just fits in the depression.  Each little cup will hold 2 tablespoons of liquid.  We use it for jam tarts adding a layer of pastry and about a teaspoon of jam before baking.

**Q: Where is this pan made?**
A: I'm not sure where it's made, but I can recommend it. It is durable and stick proof. We have made many things with ut and it still looks new

**Q: Is this the right size for fairy cakes?**
A: Fairy cakes are generally a little smaller than cupcakes...And they are drizzled with icing instead of buttercream topping

What a great baking tin, ideal for making mince pies, tarts etc. and truly non-stick. We have used these for several months now and are very pleased with how they perform. So far, nothing has stuck to the surface and they are a dream to clean. Very solid and give the impression that they will give many more years of service.
