I don’t use this daily as I am just getting used to it. But I see a difference as it de puffs my morning face with the ice roller. I have real bad baggy eyes and trying to massage diminishes the bagginess (genes can not be reversed with this). It is comfortable to use for a beginner, like myself. Instructions on use are provided. And as I get more comfortable I notice that I don’t need to look at the instructions as much. The gua sha is great for helps increase circulation again I’m a beginner I have not used much pressure yet. But my skin is glowing. I do use gua sha with an oil which helps move excess fluid and fluidity of application and process. This is a pretty set, of good quality, and perfect for a starting set.
