**Q: How long do I need to let this “rise” out of the packaging before I use it?**
A: The moment you cut into the plastic, it should rise. The package reminds me of the vacuum-seal products on the market.

**Q: Is it to soft that it won’t support your tailbone?**
A: It has good support, however if you are tall it raises you up a bit. I use it on trips longer than 2 hours and find it helps.

**Q: I'm a large man at 300 lbs?    Will it work or will I just pancake it?**
A: It's a little more than straight mem foam so it's not too bad, I am 300+ lbs as well and I use it in the car , seems to work well....

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Still good...

No complaints about the back pillow for the price. It fits well and feels comfortable for daily use. Quality is pretty decent overall. The seat pillow didn’t work great for sitting, but I ended up using it as a foot rest and it actually works better that way. So it’s still useful, just not how I expected. Design for the back pillow are good, but the seat pillow could be improved in shape or thickness. I would’ve given this a 3/5, but since I found another use for it, I’ll go with 4/5.
