The handles lock together during cooking to give an excellent seal for fast, even cooking, and make it easy to "flip" as you cook. Mine is the ceramic coated one, I think you can get non ceramic ones which are cheaper. **Q: Can you cook pizzas on this ? If so can you fit a large pizza on it** A: You can't get a whole large pizza in it but if you cut it into 3 you can get each individual piece in. It doesn't take long but don't have the gas too high or the base will burn.
