**Q: Hi. i don't understand what the coc stands for and the difference in weight. i'd like to purchase the product. can you please provide me with an answr**
A: COC stands for "Captains of Crush".  The weight rating on each gripper refers to the amount of pressure, in Pounds (lbs) it takes to close the Gripper fully.

**Q: Can you use these with fat gripz?**
A: The captain of crush grippers are not combatable with thick grips

**Q: Me like the arrogant fool bought the 1.5 165lbs, i can only close it less than half way, will i still build strength or should i order a smaller size?**
A: Partial reps will still build strength but to get the most out of the grippers you may want to get yourself another.  We find it's best to have a range of grippers to work with.  An easier one to work on technique with, this one should let you get in around 10 - 12 reps.  One to train with.  This should give you 3 - 4 reps.  The final one is your goal strength, so you may not be able to close that one at all at first but over time you'll find it gets easier.
