I have made many burgers since and all have been received very well and all commented on the flavour. As such I reordered more as it ran out quite quickly as a result.The only issue I have is that there appear not to be measurements to use per lb/kg and a lot of it is through luck and personal judgement. I understand that each persons tastes are different but a guide should be included to ensure a baseline for flavour (the same should apply with most products).I finely chop onions and saute them with crushed garlic until soft and let them cool. I use 1/2 Kg of mince beef and add the flavouring (about 2-3tbls )to the mince and hand mix well. Add herbs and spices as required and then mix in the onion mixture and leave in fridge over night then press into shape. After my review I had a lovely man from the company ring me to tell me what I did wrong, so I ordered some more and the results were fantastic. I will continue to use and reorder this seasoning and I will never buy beefburgers again. I highly recommend Tongmaster seasonings and I can't wait to try more of their products. I thank the kind gentleman for taking the time to phone me to explain what I had done wrong first time round otherwise my family would still be eating frozen shop bought burgers.
