Review: Comfortable for my small ears, connect easily and battery lasts - Use these with my work Thinkpad as dedicated earbuds. Had an older version that I had worn out and battery life had decreased after 2 years of daily use (I have a LOT of video meetings). These connect seamlessly, and battery life is great. Using one at a time for 6+ hours a day works well. Only have to charge them 2 or 3 times a week, maybe less. My only complaint is the default volume is pretty loud—I often have to lower it. My old LG Tone earbuds didn’t do this. But who knows—could be due to a wonky Microsoft Teams update, which happen all the time. So no stars deducted as troubleshooting has not yet identified the problem.
Review: The worst one so far and also LG's customer service is so bad. - The left earbud broke in half at the seam. The adhesive holding it together failed. This was not abused. It was well taken care of. The quality of the earbuds is the worst out of the 6 pairs I have owned. LG's customer service is worse than their very bad product quality. Stay away.

**Q: What bluetooth version is lg tone free t90?**
A: Bluetooth 5.3

**Q: Is there user guude about the plug and wireless feature?**
A: Plug the USB-C cable on the base and the other end towards the device with the 3.5mm.
Then on the side of the base you'll notice a button, if you move it to the right you'll see a green colour on the background of the bottom.
That's when the plug and wireless is working.
Some devices will work on the go, if you like to make it work on a PC that doesn't have bluetooth of course just connect it on the 3.5mm jack and make sure to select the audio device on your sound properties.
If you hear some slight/minimal interference when on low volume it's normal for the functionality of the device

**Q: Do Samsung phones support Dolby Atmos?**
A: Yes

**Q: Cant connect to my lg tv ( 2022 mod) bt 5**
A: No idea. Had no problem connecting to my FireTv, AVR , but refuses to pair with my wife's iPhone 12. BT 5.x is great, but still can be finicky.

I bought these earbuds because I love the Tone Free FP9'S I had. Horrible idea. Should have just bought another pair of FP9's because these ones have been giving problems for the last six months. The problem: the right earbud just doesn't know where it's at and becomes unresponsive. It's especially frustrating at 3 am when the earbud thinks it's in my ear and continues to play music IN THE CASE. I'm tired of trying to fiddle them to the point that they register being in the case, or being out of the case. Do not buy these. You may be disappointed, especially with this price tag.
