**Q: Are you able to freeze half once opened?**
A: I’ve not tried but I can’t see why not as it’s similar to a curry sauce, which would freeze o problem.

**Q: How hot is it in terms of spice level? Wife and I like hot curry’s but daughters a bit more mild.**
A: This Curry laksa is for noodle soup base, if can be less spicy just add more water or coconut milk.
