**Q: Can I stick this inside my Otterbox rather than on the phone itself? Also, are there two sets included in this package?**
A: I placed them on the inside of my phone cases and I have no problem what so ever with it! There are also two sets included in the package.

**Q: you have to stick this on your phone?!?**
A: No you can stick it to your case.  I bought a few because i like to switch up my cases but didn't want it on my phone so i put one in each one of my cases works better for me this way

**Q: How is the adjustable necks strap secure? It's not one continuous loop and rope slides through the plastic length adjuster without pressing the button**
A: Honestly, I use a regular lanyard with mine that clips to the little loop on the phone with a small caribener.  The neck strap was not long enough for my needs.

**Q: How do I use the neck lanyard?**
A: The lanyard goes through the carabiner on the tag on your phone.  I use this daily when I have no pockets.
