If you're looking at this page, you've certainly tried Ultra Black before. The quality is just as good as any physical store, so it's worth a buy if you drink a lot of energy drinks. If you haven't tasted them, you'll probably want to try one somewhere else before committing to a 24-pack. Edit: Since buying this, I've switched to the orange colored Ultra flavor. If Ultra Black is your flavor for sure, go for it! But if you can handle another flavor, I'd highly recommend the orange. Still zero calories, but it's MUCH cheaper for a 24-pack. I didn't like the taste as much starting out, but I've actually grown to really like it. They're my standard drink now instead of these.
