I keep them in the fridge and enjoy the cooling sensation. I cut them in half and use them as under eye pads. That way you can still see while using them. Also, a good way to double the product. If you are looking for a significant decrease in puffiness, look elsewhere. I decided to try these even tho I suspected they are more for cosmetic reasons. Boy, I am glad I did! I did not refrigerate them but they were cool enough when I placed them on my eyelids. I sat back in my recliner with some music on and just did absolutely nothing for 15 minutes! I felt really good after I took them off. It was almost like a power nap. Of course I used my Alexis timer so I wouldn't fall asleep!The tweezer they supply are good but it was easier to pick them up individually with my own tweezers (a little more sharp). I would give them 5 stars if they would change the count to 42 instead of 36 - then you would have 3 weeks of a daily boost!
