After 14 years of heavy use and five kids, it has finally cracked and I just ordered a new one. We love our blender on steroids. **Q: Does this kit include a new screw to hold it in place?** A: Kit includes drive socket, set screw and allen wrench. Basically everything you need. One word of caution the set screw is slanted at an upward angle just like the original and be sure to start the set screw first but not too far just a turn or 2. Also make sure the socket is seated completely I had to slightly tap mine in it kind of snaps in place. **Q: Does this fit 5200** A: This does not fit!!!!!!! And it is not returnable either- do not buy for your 5200!!!!! **Q: hello, does it fit for vm0122 model?** A: My model Vitamix is VM0103 and it did fit mine.
