It has returned my iron levels back to “normal” levels. I don’t do well swallowing pills so these are perfect. Dissolves very fast in your mouth. The taste isn’t bad, it’s like citrus. So at least when you burp it tastes like citrus. Doesn’t turn your teeth brown.
