## Questions & Answers

**Q: Do these fit female hands and wrists? I don't see any sizes to select from.**
A: I'm a pretty good size guy and they fit my hands really well it won't hurt to have a little leather sticking out the side of your hands I think they'll work fine for you

**Q: How to wash?**
A: I’ve never washed them and they don’t seem to need it. However, the brown lifting straps are leather, so I would assume a cleaner made for leather would be appropriate.

**Q: Can these be used for pull ups? Looking for something to help grip the bar**
A: Hi Lillian

I think these are great for grip...love mine!

**Q: Do these fit female hands and wrists?**
A: Yes they do

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Better than Deadlift straps
*by E***. on 27 August 2024*

I like it. One negative part is, if I squeeze the wrist adjustments, it is too tight for when I am resting. So I need to loosen it between each sets and retighthen it. So it is not as less effort as I thought when I was buying it. Also I find the tongue (or the leather part) a bit too long. I want to roll it around the barbell or the bar, but it is not able to do that. And the leftover part (appx 1cm) reduces the stiffness or comfort of the grip. But overall, works great. I use this instead of straps for Deadlifts and pulls.
