I was not disappointed! I had one small issue with wobbling after initial assembly, which turned out to be user error, but the company responded to an email to address my issue. I was able to assemble the triangle by myself in about an hour (while distracted with a movie in the background). My toddlers use this everyday! We love to use the ramp as a slide or as a bridge with the end resting on the couch. I have never used any other pikler, so I cannot compare the quality to others, but this one seems very sturdy and durable, especially for the price! I’m certain we will get many years of play out of this.Pros:- I purchased the large natural color. The size is great for toddlers and the neutral color looks great in the play room or living room. It matches our other natural wood toys.- Easy to fold and store, especially since the hex bolt and socket can slide. This bolt can stay a little loose for easy opening/folding or can (and probably should) be tightened. Tightening allows it to “lock in place” so there no risk of it opening up while moving or folding while in use. Since this piece is attached whether the triangle is opened or folded, you don’t have to worry about losing it!- Triangle is lightweight and easy to move.- Slide/ramp is made of solid wood material, so it’s a little heavier. The weight prevents my toddler from trying to move it and keeps it secure on the triangle.- Durable wood construction. All parts are sanded and polished to avoid splintering.- Easy assembly and nicely packaged. The numbered part stickers are easy to remove and did not leave residue.- Affordable price compared to some others.- Certifications.- Small business that will address any issues or concerns via email!Cons/Suggestions:- If you plan to securely tighten the hex bolt that slides to open/fold the triangle, make sure it is even on both sides when open before tightening to avoid instability and wobbling. Not an issue at all, just something to note.- I wish the slide/ramp was a bit wider (maybe half the width of the triangle) to allow more ease when climbing/sliding. My younger toddler has slipped off the side a few times since it is pretty narrow.- It might be nice to have a screw with knob instead of a hex bolt and socket to easily open/fold the triangle without having a hex key wrench on hand. I’ve gotten around this by just keeping this bolt slightly loose so it can slide between the open and folded position.- I also wish the legs were rounded at the bottom to lessen sharp indentation in our foam mat underneath and match our Avenlur slide. Again, not an issue that would prevent me from recommending.
