My old 9" tall bottle jacks couldn't fit.I purchased this and was able to insert it into spaces greater than 4" with ease.While it's only able to lift 2" at a time, I'd lift, put in a brace, set it on a 2" block, then lift another 2". It's very easy to use.After a year I had a little trouble getting pressure and emailed tech support. They got back to me a few hours later, and even created a video showing me how to unscrew the rear cap to add more oil.I was really impressed with their customer service.
