Buyers remorse. The seat fell apart and was not fixable. I had to call Thetford for a replacement seat. Toilet was very light and feels flimsy at first. Make sure to get some washers to go below the flanged nuts that come with the unit. It will spread the pressure over a larger area and allow you to fasten to the floor much tighter, otherwise the nut will dig into the plastic and cause damage.
