I use these for various tasks; refilling spice jars, transferring liquids, draining bacon fat all of which effectively accomplished with these. The stainless steel funnel is quite large but can handle a large volume of whatever you are pouring. The silicone funnel is great for transferring liquids but unsurprisingly terrible for any kind of dry, powdered ingredients. As far as these go they fulfill everything that i require. My only complaint is a groove between the funnel and the spout. When i transfer things such as powdered spice, herbs, and other such ingredients a small amount always gets stuck in the groove. It's not a large amount but it is a small pain to clean out afterwards. This is a recent purchase so i can't yet comment on the rust resistance.Update: terrible rust resistance.
