**Q: How do i claim warranty?  Used once and zip broke**
A: Usually states in the T&Cs how to.  But I would think start by contacting Amazon and then they will guide you.  I’ve had no issues with these cases but have has some issues in the past with items purchased but always managed to get refund or replacement by starting off with talking to Amazon.  If they can’t help they will at least know what can be done if anything.
