Review: decent gloves but lacks wrist protection for heavy weights - ordered a size larger than i wanted based on the specs but it still works. The glove does it's job and prevents your hands from getting torn up but for heavy weights (maybe dumbells over 40kg) i wouldn't use this as the wrist guards aren't really functional
